Are you an experienced Employment Fee Earner looking to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive legal environment?

We are working with a respected law firm seeking a skilled Employment Law Fee Earner to join their busy and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to handle a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for both individuals and employers.

The Role:

  1. Manage your own caseload of employment law matters.
  2. Advise on disciplinary and grievance issues, refinances, settlement agreements, contracts and policies, TUPE, and employment tribunal claims.
  3. Draft employment contracts, policies and procedures.
  4. Support business development activities and build strong client relationships.
  5. Work closely with senior team members and have the opportunity to grow your expertise.

The Ideal Candidate:

  1. A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Paralegal with demonstrable experience in employment law.
  2. Confident handling your own caseload with minimal supervision.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach.
