THE ROLE

We have a vacancy for an experienced Employment Associate/Senior Associate Solicitor 4 + PQE, to be based in either London or Bristol.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the development of a successful employment team and to contribute to the continued growth of the firm's UK Employment Law group.

You will be advising a high-profile corporate client base on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment related matters.

The workload will include:

1. Handling employment queries, such as disciplinary and grievance matters.
2. Advising on employment law aspects of business transfers and outsourcing, restructuring, redundancies, integration, and TUPE.
3. Employment tribunals, civil court, and appeal litigation.
4. Advising on regulatory changes.

The Employment team plays a central role as a global provider of employment legal advice and regularly advises clients on cross-jurisdictional projects and matters with an international angle.

THE CANDIDATE

You will have 4+ PQE employment law experience, excellent academic and technical skills, and be ready to make a career move to a new and exciting role.

Your experience should include both contentious and non-contentious work.
