Job description

Employment Associate - remote working

This is an exciting new opportunity for an Associate with 4 years'+ PQE to join this leading international firm.

The role provides the opportunity to work alongside their key clients as a core part of their legal function. Whilst this is a dedicated team, you will work alongside the firm's band 1 ranked employment department as well as the clients in-house legal functions. Given the focus of the team, this opportunity is ideal for a lawyer who is looking for an alternative legal experience.

You will have general employment experience and experience in employment tribunal matters. You will undertake volume litigation predominantly consisting of unfair dismissal and discrimination claims. Through newly established ways of working, including an increased emphasis on technological solutions, you will be supported in taking full ownership for some key requirements and transactions for the clients, giving you direct responsibility for core and high profile cases.

Supervisory experience is a must as there is the opportunity to support more junior members of the team.

A commitment to deliver high-quality focused services to clients is essential, as is maintaining and developing client relationships.

This is a fully remote role and there is flexibility on offer around working hours.
