The firm is looking to recruit a highly skilled Employment Solicitor to join their close-knit team. The team has a reputation for providing commercially focused and practical advice, primarily to employer clients, but also assisting senior management level employees.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Advising commercial clients in relation to a variety of employment law matters.
  2. Developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  3. Becoming a trusted advisor to clients, offering pragmatic and tailored legal advice.
  4. Working as part of a supportive team while taking responsibility for your caseload.

The Ideal Candidate:
  1. Proven track record in employment law with experience advising employer clients.

  3. Existing small client following is desirable but not essential.
