Job title: Employment and Business Immigration Lawyer

Location: Henley-on-Thames

Salary: £55-70k - depending on experience

PQE Level: 1+

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

My client is a specialist Employment firm with senior lawyers working at the forefront of this sector, providing bespoke solutions to high-profile clients in the UK and internationally. They are seeking an employment solicitor who also has experience or at least an interest in doing business immigration work.

As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for:

  1. Handling a range of work including drafting employment contracts, employment tribunals, dismissals, alongside restricted covenant, breach of confidence, and more.
  2. Business immigration responsibilities including sponsorship applications and Tier 2 requests.
  3. Working closely with senior lawyers on complex but rewarding matters, while taking responsibility for your own caseload.
  4. Business development.
  5. Adapting your methods and work to suit a variety of clients' needs.
  6. Utilising exceptional client care skills.
