Employer Engagement Officer
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Location: Hybrid (Edgbaston, Birmingham)
Experience: Minimum of 2 years

I am currently recruiting for an Employer Engagement Officer for an innovative EdTech company that’s transforming the tech sector. This role focuses on building employer partnerships, accessing tech talent, and maximizing funding opportunities like the Adult Education Budget (AEB).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage employer relationships to promote our services.
  2. Drive business development and secure long-term partnerships.
  3. Leverage funding streams such as AEB.
  4. Conduct market analysis and stay ahead of industry trends.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to align training programs with employer needs.
  6. Lead generation and outreach to identify new business opportunities.

Essential Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Employer Engagement or Business Development.
  2. Proven B2B sales and partnership development skills.
  3. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  4. Experience managing employer pipelines.
  5. Organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
  6. Self-motivated, resilient, and results-focused.
  7. Experience with funding streams like AEB is desirable.
