An established industry player is seeking a creative Employer Brand Advisor to enhance their Resourcing team. Location: Home based/Remote/Hybrid - requires 2 days per week at Lupton, Cumbria (Head Office)
Salary: £30,000

We're seeking a creative, driven individual to bring our employer brand to life. You'll work closely with our Head of Resourcing to shape and design your own strategy, while managing our employer brand across key platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and Instagram. Your creativity will fuel campaigns and content that resonate with top-tier candidates, build brand awareness, and amplify our Huge Small Victories' messaging.
In this role, you'll engage with the wider teams across the group and drive excitement and passion about working with WG. You'll also play a key role in identifying potential talent and passing valuable leads to our Resourcing team.
