We are seeking an Employer Brand Manager to join an immediately recognisable brand in a newly created role. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing employer branding strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities of the Employer Brand Manager:

  1. Work with the wider organisation and marketing team to define the tone and overall personality of the employer brand.
  2. Develop content and assets to be used for multichannel campaigns.
  3. Create a content calendar for ongoing employer brand awareness across multiple channels.
  4. Manage external agency partners.
  5. Plan and deliver multichannel campaigns.

Profile

A successful Employer Brand Manager should have:

  1. Proven experience as an Employer Brand Manager or similar role.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong knowledge of employer branding strategies and techniques.
  4. Proficiency in using social media platforms for employer branding purposes.
  5. Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various departments.
  6. Able to work from Manchester office (hybrid working).
