Summary of the Role and Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the subject matter expert on employee relations matters across the UK and broader EMEA region.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to HR Business Partners and managers on complex ER cases and investigations.
  • Drive best practices in employee relations policies, processes, and frameworks.
  • Partner with global and regional stakeholders to build trusted relationships across the business.
  • Navigate and influence within a global matrix structure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Support a fast-paced and innovative business environment, driving progressive employee relations initiatives.

Key Skills Required

  • Extensive UK and EMEA experience in employee relations and HR case management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Proven ability to collaborate globally and build trusted partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving, and highly innovative environment.
