Employee Relations Specialist, UK and Ireland
Location: Flexible hybrid working style with three days in the London office
The ER specialist for Pandora UK and Ireland will be a key part of the HR business partnering team, working closely with the HR Business Partners and the wider sales team. They will primarily provide first-class ER advisory support, assisting with the ER caseload across various regions and supporting on ad-hoc HR projects.

What to expect from the role
- Building strong professional relationships with employees across all levels of the business, by providing first class HR support and coaching and promoting good employee relations within Pandora.
- Providing professional support and expert advice on complex Employee Relations matters.
- Coaching, training and developing line managers to become confident and self-sufficient in first line HR matters and best practice employee relations.
- Providing support and advice during the implementation of organisational change projects, ensuring that a consistent approach is maintained in areas such as workforce planning, roles changes, redundancies, TUPE transfers and office relocations.
- Staying up to date with employment law and terms of employment legislation.
- Assessing gaps in policy and promoting development and improvement in policies and employment related documentation.
- Leading continuous improvement efforts related to Employee Relations processes, including the creation, education and roll-out of new people policies and procedures.
- Utilising data to proactively identify ER trends and themes to inform wider HR initiatives.
- Fully managing the organisation's relationship with any external legal advisors, occupational health services, EAP, tribunal services, ACAS etc.
- Managing and developing ER Advisor reporting into them.
- Developing and mentoring other members of the HR team in ER processes.
The successful candidate
- Strong working knowledge of HR processes and procedures, particularly in relation to Employee Relations topics.
- Prior experience within the retail sector or other large national organisations, demonstrating their ability to navigate organizational structures.
- Extensive experience managing complex ER cases whilst supporting a diverse client group (including senior stakeholders) in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent knowledge of employment law and terms of employment legislation.
- Ability to train and coach individuals and influence at all levels.
- CIPD Qualified 5 and/or 7 Preferred.
- A natural presenter who is comfortable facilitating workshops and meetings.
- A team player who is seen as approachable and a positive role model.
- Able to build positive and strong relationships with a reputation for integrity and achieving results.
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptionally well organised and efficient.
- Commercially savvy, preferably with a strong understanding of retail.
- Pro-active and able to show initiative with a positive and challenging style.
- Approachable, warm, empathetic and creative yet pragmatic.
