About the role :
Reporting to our Head of People Partnering, you will deliver Employee Relations (ER) guidance to our People Partnering team and people leaders within our organization.
You will develop and implement ER policies, ensuring compliance with labour laws across all of our global offices, as well as handling conflict resolution processes, and promoting a positive work environment.
Working closely with our Strategic People Partners, inhouse legal team, and leaders, you ensure that all employee relations issues are handled effectively and efficiently.

As an experienced and trusted ER Lead, you pride yourself on building strong relationships with business leaders. Your hands-on approach and strategic mindset enable you to influence decision-making.
You are solutions focused and enjoy supporting and coaching P&C teams and leaders on workplace and ER issues. You thrive in a vibrant and dynamic environment with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
You pride yourself on your communication and problem-solving skills. Global Employee Relations experience would be advantageous in this role.
