Seeing through multiple ER cases from beginning to resolution, delivering clear, risk-based advice to managers throughout the process.

What will you bring to the role?
We’d expect you to have a strong working knowledge of People policies and practices, especially employment law and regulatory impacts with prior experience operating across the UK.
Passion and dedication are key to this role, as will be the ability to coach and upskill our managers, with a focus on fantastic customer service at all times.
You will be able to impart your knowledge but also further hone your skill set and develop yourself further, through the variety of work the role supports.
What else are we looking for?
It would be ideal if you were readily available.
Rewards designed for you
Flexible work to help you find the best balance between work and lifestyle.
Health and wellbeing rewards that can be tailored to support you and your family.
Invest in our business by setting aside salary to purchase shares in our company, and you will receive a company contribution as well.
