Your natural curiosity will be your superpower - anticipating challenges, predicting outcomes, and delivering smart solutions that benefit both our colleagues and the business. As part of our Line Manager Advisory Service, you'll be a trusted advisor to line managers and Business Involvement Group (BIG) Representatives, supporting them with commercial insights to make confident, effective people decisions.
