The London EDITION is looking for its next Employee Experience & Payroll Coordinator (Maternity Cover/Fix Term)!

We are looking for a driven, diligent and friendly Employee Experience & Payroll Coordinator to join the Human Resources team at The London EDITION hotel.

As an Employee Experience & Payroll Coordinator (Maternity Cover) you will:

  • Ensure accuracy, completeness and timely provision of the monthly payroll.
  • Entering new employee data into the company system.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information.
  • Comply with HR audit.
  • Assist management with processing and supporting new hires using the correct tools and systems.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
