Job description

Our client, a global Investment Bank, is looking for a Benefits Vendor Manager. You will be a part of an established Compensation and Benefits team, supporting the management and implementation of the company's benefits strategy. One key area of focus will be to ensure any benefit vendor services are progressed in compliance with the Bank's process requirements.

The role will require:

  1. In-depth and hands-on experience of managing the Benefits Vendors in the EMEA region.
  2. Demonstrable experience in a global/multinational organization and experience in administering and managing plans in different countries.

Areas of focus:

  1. Identifying opportunities for benefit vendor consolidation and simplifying vendor contracts.
  2. Reviewing performance of key benefits contracts with the EMEA Benefits team.
  3. Monthly reporting on benefits contracts and operational risk.
  4. Project work as and when required to support within the team.

This role will be a 6-month contract at approximately £600/day.
