Employee Benefits Admin Team Lead - £42,500 + Bonus - Bristol / Hybrid

I'm currently partnered with a leading wealth management firm who are seeking a dynamic leader to manage and develop their corporate client administration team. The company has offices all over the country; however, for this position, the person will need to live local to Bristol.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the administration team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and maintain operational excellence.
  • Drive process improvements and oversee accurate client and financial administration.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, advisers, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experienced in corporate benefits administration, particularly in group risk and healthcare insurance.
  • Background in financial services, team management, and compliance.
  • Progress toward a Level 4 Financial Planning qualification (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Intelligent Office (desirable).
