Are you an experienced Employee Benefits professional looking for a role where you can take the lead to shape all things employee benefits globally? Do you thrive in people-centric businesses where you partner stakeholders internationally?

We Do Group are delighted to be supporting a forward-thinking global consulting business in Esher, recruiting an Employee Benefits Manager.

This is a brand new role which will lead on the management of existing benefits across global offices whilst also advising on best practice and future benefits enhancements across global locations.

The Role

The successful Employee Benefits Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage annual benefit renewals for various insurance and benefit schemes in the UK and globally.
  • Maintain internal relationships with local office management and payroll providers in the UK and global regions.
  • Work with HR, Legal, third-party consultants, and finance to continually assess the benefit offering across international offices.
  • Manage the implementation and operational roll-out of changes in benefits offerings.
  • Oversee the Auto-Enrolment process for the UK including changes to pension contributions.
  • Prepare monthly pension contribution and auto-enrolment reports.
  • Work with pension providers in European regions.
  • Maintain internal records for all international regions' benefit information.
  • Pro-actively resolve employee benefits issues.
  • Oversee paid leave schemes across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Provide support to the Global Payroll Specialist on the monthly payroll process for the UK and other international offices.
  • Work closely with outsourced payroll and tax providers to manage international mobility.
  • Support the IT organisation on building out reporting and automation of benefits administration, as appropriate.
Your Profile

We are looking for an experienced employee benefits professional who is active and passionate about delivering the best possible benefits offerings to colleagues.

Ideally, you will also have had some exposure to payroll or supported payroll teams; however, this isn't essential.

You will be a real people person who is highly organised and energetic in your approach to managing change and resolving issues across the international offices you support.

Salary & Benefits

£50,000-£60,000 per annum plus benefits. This role is in office 3 days per week. The office is easily commutable by public transport and offers on-site parking.
