Employee Benefits Consultant

Our client is seeking a Group Risk Consultant to join their team in their Redhill offices, identifying and pursuing business opportunities across all the firm's locations.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Client Relationship Management
2. Business Development
3. Internal collaboration
4. Executing projects
5. Meeting participation to share insights and best practices
6. Managing high value and complex client accounts
7. Providing subject matter expertise
8. Driving revenue growth through business generation and client retention

Travel to client sites and other office locations will be required as needed in this role.

About you:

1. You will have a strong understanding of DC pensions
2. You will have an up-to-date knowledge of financial planning and employee benefits consultancy including products, funds, pensions, markets, and financial instruments.
3. You will have proven experience in a similar role working with private or corporate clients.
4. You will be completely comfortable with sales activity including negotiation.
5. You will have demonstrated success in sales and managing and developing business from new and existing clients.
6. A diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent (QCF Level 4) and you will have a commitment to achieving QCF Level 6 (Advanced diploma or Chartered Status) within 24 hours of becoming a regulated adviser.
