We are seeking a competent Account Manager to join our Health and Benefits line of business as an Employee Benefits Consultant. As a part of The Enterprise team, you will manage client employee risk and healthcare benefit policies via telephone, focusing on clients who prefer remote interactions. Your responsibilities include maintaining an existing client portfolio, handling new business inquiries, and actively seeking opportunities to introduce new products to both existing and prospective clients. The goal is to minimize policy lapses, ensure client satisfaction, and achieve annual business objectives.
