Job description

We are a dynamic, professional financial planning practice seeking motivated and career-oriented financial advisers who want to expand on their previous training, develop their earning potential in a holistic financial planning role.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  1. To provide comprehensive financial advice to a portfolio of clients across investments, pensions and protection.
  2. Setting up meetings, conducting in-depth reviews of clients' financial circumstances.
  3. Completing risk analysis, research, designing financial strategies, finding solutions that meet the client needs, assisting clients in making informed decisions.
  4. Keeping up to date with legislation and meeting the regulatory aspects of the role.
  5. Undertake client acquisition by promoting client referral, networking with other professionals and broader new business activities.
  6. Comply with regulatory aspects of the role and company compliance standards and endeavour to promote the interests and reputation of the company and work in its best interests.

Essential Criteria:

  1. Level 4 Diploma Qualified CII /LIBF equivalent.
  2. CAS Achieved / Hold annual SPS (Statement of Professional Standing).
  3. Full Driving Licence.
  4. Experience working within a financial services background.
  5. Ability to build upon existing strong client relationships.
  6. Skills in acquiring and bringing on new clients.
