Job Vacancy: Employability Trainer
Location: Cambridge, East of England
Contract: Permanent/Full Time
Salary: £26,825-£34,600 pa

A leading further education provider in Cambridge is seeking a dynamic Employability Trainer to join their dedicated Employability team. This role offers the opportunity to work both on-site and within the community, supporting students in developing essential workplace skills and fostering valuable connections with referral partners.
About the role:
As an Employability Trainer, you will deliver engaging and practical employability programmes to students aged 16+ and adults. Your role will involve equipping learners with the confidence, knowledge, and skills needed to succeed in the workforce. Some evening and weekend work may be required to best support learners' needs.
