We’re currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Employability Trainer. You’ll facilitate high quality and engaging sessions to participants which develops their employability skills, including interview techniques, job application tactics, confidence restoration sessions, and identifying transferable skills. You’ll provide motivational support to build positive relationships, guide, inspire, challenge, encourage, and help individuals obtain sustainable employment.
Our ideal candidate will be able to utilise digital technologies and other channels, be fully IT literate in using a range of Microsoft Office programmes to include 365 products and modern digital technologies, i.e. Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business. However, we aren’t always looking for someone who ticks every single box; just as long as you have an engaging personality, are comfortable working with a diverse group of people, and can provide a warm and welcoming experience to help our customers in their first steps back into employment.
The role will involve fast-paced delivery with individuals joining a schedule of appropriate 4-day training sessions on-site at various offices in the region, including Weston, Bath, Chippenham, Devizes, Swindon, Bridgwater, Frome, Wells, Yeovil, Minehead, and Salisbury.
In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary range of £26,000- £29,545 p.a. (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:
