An established industry player is seeking empathetic individuals for the Emergency Call Handler role. EMERGENCY CALL HANDLER - PART-TIME WEEKEND AND EVENINGS
Hours: 17.5 hours per week
Shift pattern: You will be working 3 days out of 7 average between Monday and Sunday (this will include working 3 weekends). You will always be guaranteed 1 weekend in 4 off and you will have your rota 4 weeks in advance. Your shift will be similar to the one attached down below. However, depending on the business needs, your rota may be subject to changes, which will be discussed with you beforehand. The changes will not include working morning or early afternoon hours between Monday to Friday.
Salary: £11,202.10pa - £12.31 per hour and the opportunity to earn PRP
Location: Hybrid - Norwich
Start Date: 6th of May 2025
