EMERGENCY CALL HANDLER - PART-TIME WEEKEND AND EVENINGS

Hours: 17.5 hours per week

Shift pattern: You will be working 3 days out of 7 average between Monday and Sunday (this will include working 3 weekends). You will always be guaranteed 1 weekend in 4 off and you will have your rota 4 weeks in advance. Your shift will be similar to the one attached down below. However, depending on the business needs, your rota may be subject to changes, which will be discussed with you beforehand. The changes will not include working morning or early afternoon hours between Monday to Friday.

Salary: £11,202.10pa - £12.31 per hour and the opportunity to earn PRP

Location: Hybrid - Norwich

Start Date: 6th of May 2025

• You need to be able to commit to 4 weeks of Full Time Training, Monday - Friday 09:30 - 17:00

For this role, you need 5mpbs upload and 15mpbs download internet speed.

You must possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and attentive to our customer’s needs. Ideally, you would have some experience in a customer-facing role and a good general standard of education, but we believe that with the right core values and training that you could thrive in this role!
