EMERGENCY CALL HANDLER - PART TIME

Hours: Various shifts available between 16-30 hours per week

Shift pattern: 3 week rota - please see image below and select choice on application

Salary: £11.54 per hour and the opportunity to earn PRP

Location: Hybrid - Bowthorpe Norwich

Start Date: 18th November 2024

**You need to be able to commit to 4 weeks of Full Time Training, Monday - Friday 09:30 - 16:30 **

For this role, you need 5mbps upload and 15mbps download internet speed

Ideally you would have some experience in a customer-facing role and a good general standard of education, but we believe that with the right core values and training that you could thrive in this role!
