EMEA Finance Manager - Value & Risk Advisory (VRA)

Are you ready to drive financial excellence in a dynamic, global environment? We're seeking a strategic EMEA Finance Manager for our Value & Risk Advisory (VRA) sub-segment, reporting directly to the Global VRA Head of Finance.

This role is perfect for a financial professional who excels in analytics, business partnership, and driving performance. You'll be at the forefront of financial strategy, supporting our VRA team across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the month-end close process from an FP&A perspective
• Spearhead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for EMEA VRA
• Analyse EMEA VRA pipeline to identify risks and opportunities
• Monitor KPIs and financial trends to guide strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with regional and local finance teams to ensure reporting accuracy
• Provide crucial analytical support to business and finance stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems

Requirements:

• Qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent prioritization skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Proven ability to build effective relationships at all levels
• Adept at working in a fast-paced, challenging environment
