Job Title: EMEA Digital and Marketing Lead
Location: Primarily London, Burgess Hill, Brighton, with occasional travel across EMEA

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Technology Management:
- Manage and optimise digital solutions, especially using Dynamify or similar platforms.
- Work with site teams to engage customers through app ordering, loyalty programs, and digital communication tools.
- Track digital performance and provide insights to improve user experience and increase adoption.
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Create and run marketing campaigns tailored to specific site audiences.
- Develop content for websites, social media, and emails, following brand guidelines.
- Use data to drive marketing strategies that boost engagement, loyalty, and revenue.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
- Act as a liaison between site teams, clients, and Restaurant Associates.
- Present campaign results, digital adoption, and marketing insights to stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with teams to ensure smooth execution of digital and marketing efforts.
Leadership & Training:
- Guide and train site teams to use digital tools and marketing strategies effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge to foster continuous improvement.

- 3-5 years’ experience in digital or marketing.
- Strong skills in influencing, developing people, and planning.
- Experience in creating and executing strategies.
- Self-motivated with a passion for food, service, and trends.
- Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients quickly.
- Proven track record of driving change and managing projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
