Job description

Everbridge: a fast-growing global provider of SaaS-based critical communications and enterprise safety solutions currently has a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled EMEA/APAC Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing across 14 countries. This role involves ensuring compliance with country-specific payroll regulations, corporate policies, and internal controls while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This is a home-based / remote position that can be based anywhere in the UK.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in payroll processing, exceptional time management skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Experience with CloudPay or similar cloud-based payroll platforms is required, along with strong communication skills. Expertise in EMEA payroll is essential, with Hungarian payroll experience being an advantage.

What you'll do
  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees across 14 EMEA/APAC countries.
  • Manage the International Payroll mailbox, serving as the primary communication channel for external payroll providers, HR teams, and employee inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the Payroll Manager, HR Business Partners, Business Leaders, Global/Regional Finance, and other key stakeholders to support payroll operations, cycles, and projects, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Regularly review and update country-specific payroll documentation to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for CloudPay and local payroll vendors, ensuring effective coordination and issue resolution.
