• Create, test, and optimise email campaigns using Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar platforms.
• Analyse campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email marketing with overall marketing goals.
• Manage and grow email subscriber lists, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

• Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in email marketing.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving results from email campaigns.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar email marketing tools.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyse data and metrics to inform strategy.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity: Innovative approach to email content and design.
