Elevation Recruitment Group - Marketing Division are excited to be working exclusively with a construction business.

General Overview:

We are looking for an Email/CRM Marketing Executive to work within our Marketing department to aid and optimise email conversion and develop our email strategy. The role will also involve CRM Management as well as supporting marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Head of Marketing to form a comprehensive email strategy
  • Creating automated email flows for different parts of the business that seamlessly connect
  • Manage our newsletter strategy both via email and on LinkedIn
  • Manage our HubSpot automation flows and trigger emails
  • Manage our CRM database making sure it’s up-to-date at all times in collaboration with our Business Development team
  • Producing monthly email reports and recommended actions
  • Creating and managing our live chat automation flows via HubSpot
  • Creating campaign landing pages through HubSpot
  • Other marketing tasks to support the wider team as and when needed

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Experience using Klaviyo as an email system
  • Strong HubSpot knowledge
  • CRM management; knowledge of IFS beneficial
  • 5+ years in a predominantly email marketing role
  • Excellent written communication, spelling, and grammar
