What You Will Do:

  1. Lead production NPI activities, ensuring smooth communication between production management and engineering.
  2. Develop and implement new processes alongside engineering, enhancing production efficiency.
  3. Operate and maintain soldering machines, contributing to the high-quality construction of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).
  4. Engage in the assembly of electronic PCBs and sub-assemblies, ensuring adherence to customer specifications.
  5. Conduct inspections and tests to uphold the highest standards of quality, in line with IPC Standards.
  6. Train and oversee staff in the construction of mechanical assemblies, promoting a culture of excellence and attention to detail.

What You Will Bring:

  1. Proven experience in electronic PCB assembly and sub-assemblies.
  2. Proficiency in operating soldering machines and knowledge of conformal coating processes.
  3. Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams/schematics for accurate component installation.
  4. Familiarity with IPC Standards for PCB and cable inspection.
  5. Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
