Job Title: Electronics Design Engineer
Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire
Company Overview: An award-winning, established, and successful engineering company based in Northampton, Northamptonshire, who specialize in the Instrumentation Industry, are seeking to hire a brand-new Electronics Design Engineer to join the team and business on a permanent basis. This role would be ideal for a Graduate, Junior & Mid-Level Electronics Design Engineer, as you will have fast track career progression to become the Electronics Guru and Lead Electronics Design Engineer in the years to come.
Salary: The salary on offer for the successful Electronics Design Engineer is £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on skillset and experience. Due to the nature of the role being hands-on and the location, the role will be 5 days a week working onsite and you will need to be able to drive.
The Role: This is an exciting role because the Electronics Design Engineer will cover the full product design lifecycle of bringing products to market, which will include analogue & digital electronics circuit design, PCB Design/Layout, and developing embedded software for C & C++.
Benefits Package: Pension (9% employer contribution), 23 days (increasing to 28 after 10 full service years) + bank holidays, profit sharing bonus, onsite parking.
Working Hours: 37.5 hours a week - on-site, flexible but nominally Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5pm with 1 hour for lunch.
