Senior Electronics Engineer - £45-60k - Portsmouth - PCB, Hardware/Electronics

Are you an experienced Electronics Engineer looking to join an engineering-first company developing electronic products for the marine sector? My client is a growing company based near Portsmouth and is looking for a senior/mid-level engineer to join their team.

Role/Responsibilities:

1. Lead new product development from concept and prototyping through environmental, EMC, and performance testing to production testing and successful product launch.
2. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget constraints.
3. Perform in-depth hardware and software design.

Skills/Experience Required:

1. Demonstrated expertise in digital and analog electronics technologies.
2. Proficiency in schematic design, capture, and PCB layout.
3. Skilled in creating and maintaining technical documentation to support the product development process, including product specifications, manuals, and end-user instructions.
4. Capable of delivering presentations to customers and partners effectively.
5. Comprehensive experience across the full product design lifecycle.
