Electro-Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Repair of motors, pumps, gearboxes, fans and other rotating equipment
2. Rewinding AC & DC motors/armatures
3. Reporting and logging of work done into our job control system
4. Identifying root cause analysis
5. To assist with training and development of engineering apprentices

Ideal Candidate:

1. Recognised apprenticeship in electro-mechanical engineering
2. 10 - 15 years plus experience in the motor / pump repair industry
3. Knowledge of limits & fits
4. Ability to mentor others
5. Computer literate
6. Full UK driving licence
7. Well organised and able to work on own initiative
8. Sound engineering knowledge and a positive attitude
