Electro-Mechanical Design Engineer (6 Month FTC / Contractor)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual for an Inside IR35 contract or a 6 Month FTC role in our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical design in an electronics environment and demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Essential Skills/Experience:

• Extensive NX and Teamcenter experience
• Composites design experience
• Composite enclosure methodologies
• Tooling and Mould design
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulations
• Strong communication & documentation skills

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Break Out Box "BOB" design experience
• Folded Metalwork & Bracketry
• Composite manufacturing drawing experience
• Motorsport industry design experience

Additional Skills:

• Electrical/Electronic packaging experience
• Rapid prototyping design experience
