Information on the role

1. Oversee M&E works, ensuring all electrical systems are installed, maintained, and operated safely and efficiently.
2. Manage day-to-day electrical maintenance and repairs within the facility.
3. Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and safety standards.
4. Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance to avoid breakdowns and downtime.
5. Coordinate with other technical teams to integrate electrical systems with HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical services.
6. Manage contractors and third-party suppliers during installation, testing, and commissioning.
7. Provide support for energy management and sustainability initiatives.

What we’d like from you

1. Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
2. Experience in overseeing M&E projects within commercial, industrial, or residential facilities.
3. Sound understanding of electrical regulations (17th/18th Edition).
4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose complex electrical issues.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and departments.
6. Prior experience in facilities management is advantageous.
