Job Title:

- DOE (Dependant on experience)
- 1.5x - Saturday
- 2x - Sunday

Job Brief:
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to start ASAP for an ongoing project in Deeside. The role involves temporary site setups, including power distribution, lighting, and data installations, with a focus on welfare areas (canteens, toilets, site offices). Candidates must have experience in construction sites or commercial environments and a strong understanding of UK Health & Safety standards for electrical work.

Start Date - Duration:
ASAP - 4 Weeks

Working Hours:
07:00 – 18:00

Responsibilities:

  1. Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in welfare areas and temporary site offices.
  2. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
  3. Conduct routine inspections and diagnose/repair electrical faults.
  4. Install temporary lighting, power outlets, and data systems as required.
  5. Collaborate with site management to ensure efficient execution of electrical work.
  6. Maintain all electrical equipment, tools, and systems.
  7. Adhere to Health and Safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
  8. Keep accurate records of installations and repairs.

Requirements:
  1. Fully qualified Electrician with certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, AM2, City & Guilds 2391/2394/2395, or equivalent).
  2. ECS Gold Card
  3. Own tools / transport
  4. Proven experience with temporary power setups and welfare facilities on construction sites.

Desirable Skills:
  1. Experience with portable appliance testing (PAT).
  2. Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
