Electrician

Electrician required for our client, a specialist property maintenance and refurbishment contractor based out of South-West London, who are offering a salary of up to £45k, with a company van (personal use available), a company pension scheme, and life insurance/critical illness cover.

Our client has been in operation for over 15 years, offering a full design, installation, and maintenance service for commercial and domestic clients across London and the home counties, including water utility providers, M&E contractors, local authorities.

This role would involve completing electrical maintenance, testing, and refurbishments in housing (including social housing), local authority buildings, and water utility sites. 70% of the work will be based in West London, with the rest based across Greater London.

Electrician Job Requirements

1. Fully Qualified Electrician - ideally holding an NVQ Level 3
2. 18th Edition
3. 2391 Test and Inspection
4. Full UK driving licence
5. Based within a commutable distance to West London

Electrician Salary & Benefits

1. Salary £35,000 - £45,000, negotiable depending on experience
2. Company van provided, with personal use available
3. 28 days holiday, including bank holidays

6. Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm (40 hours per week)
