Electrician

Job Title: Industrial/Commercial Electricians (Tunnel Maintenance)
Location: Conwy, North Wales
Start Date: Mid-May 2025
Duration: Ongoing
Shifts: 3 nights per week, 8–10 hour shifts (no overtime)
Pay Model: CIS – Competitive rates based on current market trends

Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced Electricians with a strong industrial or commercial background to join a tunnel maintenance project in Conwy. This is a long-term opportunity for reliable and skilled professionals to work on the maintenance of lighting systems within an operational tunnel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Carry out routine and reactive maintenance on tunnel lighting systems
2. Diagnose and repair electrical faults in a safe and efficient manner
3. Ensure all work complies with current health and safety regulations
4. Collaborate with the site team to ensure smooth operations during night shifts
5. Accurately complete job sheets and maintenance records

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in industrial or commercial electrical work
2. Valid JIB Gold Card or equivalent qualification
3. Ability to work night shifts (3 nights per week)
4. Comfortable working in enclosed environments
5. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
