About the Role
As an Electrical Apprenticeship Tutor, your role will encompass delivering practical and theoretical electrical training, aligning with company and awarding organisations' guidelines to apprentices or commercial clients, both in the classroom and through practical, hands-on training. You will be responsible for delivering the 5357, 5393 and 2382 qualifications, as well as courses such as C&G 2365 Level 2 & 3, C&G 2382, C&G 2391, C&G 2377, C&G 2921, and BPEC Solar PV and Battery Storage, while possibly developing training materials to meet specific requirements.

Qualifications
Have recent and relevant industry experience in domestic, commercial, and/or industrial Electrical Installation. Hold a minimum of Level 3 Teaching qualification or equivalent. Hold a minimum Level 2 qualification in English and Maths. Have a sound knowledge of Electrical and Science principles. Have sound practical capabilities in and around Electrical Installations. Hold a driving licence and have access to their own vehicle as some travel to various training centres may be required.
Other Skills we are ideally looking for:
Level 3 Assessing qualification or equivalent. Level 4 Internal Quality Audit certificate or equivalent. Additional Level 3 & 4 electrical qualifications like C&G 2396, C&G 2391, and/or green credentials (Solar PV, EV, EESS). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects independently. Problem-solving attitude with a patient and controlled demeanor. Leadership skills combined with a team player mindset. Full UK Driving License.
