Sureserve Compliance South, part of the Sureserve Group, delivers heating services within the social housing sector across London & the South East. We support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. Role

The purpose of the role is to carry out electrical installation testing in our customer’s properties, and produce reports to meet the requirements of BS7671 while always maintaining a safe working environment.

1. Carry out periodic inspections of clients’ electrical installations in accordance with the current edition of BS7671
2. Produce Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) which meets the requirements and quality standards of clients and external accrediting bodies (e.g., NICEIC)
3. Perform other electrical tests and inspections, and produce the appropriate documentation in accordance with the current edition of BS7671
4. Always adhere to Company Health & Safety Policies and Procedures
5. Keep abreast of changes and amendments of standards, regulations, and best practices within the electrical industry
6. Complete follow-on remedial works, where required

The successful candidate will have

1. City & Guilds NVQ level 3
2. City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/5
3. City & Guilds 2382 18th Edition
4. Full UK Driving Licence
5. Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential
6. Experience delivering high levels of customer service
7. The ability to work with a diverse customer base
