EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) Engineer

We are looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Engineer with a passion for testing to become our EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) Engineer, responsible for all aspects of EICR Testing and remedial works at X1 residential and student properties throughout Manchester and Liverpool. The role is predominantly focused on ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct EICR testing and inspections.
2. Identify and rectify electrical faults.
3. Prepare detailed reports and documentation.
4. Ensure all work is compliant with current regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Relevant Electrical Engineering qualifications.
2. Experience in EICR testing.
3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
