Electrical Test Engineer

Reporting to the Test Team Supervisor, this position presents a diverse and challenging role operating within a busy switchgear workshop environment.

The main remit of the role will encompass the following duties:

1. All aspects of Electrical Panel Testing & Fault Finding
2. Primary & Secondary Injection Testing
3. Flash Testing
4. Accurate and Detailed completion of Test Booklets
5. Client Factory Acceptance Tests / Site Acceptance Tests

Essential Experience / Requirements:

1. Understanding of Electrical Drawings/Control Systems
2. Experience In SWG Panel Building
3. Exposure / Experience Electrical Panel Testing

Desirable Experience:

1. Electrical Engineering Background
2. Knowledge of PC Software
3. HND/HNC or equivalent qualification
4. Trouble Shooting
5. Time served or equivalent
