Looking for a new challenge in Electrical Maintenance?
As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be working across the Durham/Newcastle region to perform the installation and maintenance of electrical systems and fire alarm systems across the Estate. The position is a mobile role with the requirement to travel to client sites; therefore, you must hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
- Undertake the installation of Electrical and Fire Alarm Systems
- Undertake the maintenance of Electrical and Fire Alarm Systems
- Identify any risks and report to the client
- Work on the improvement and implementation of PPM program
- Liaise with Client on-site teams regarding building service related issues
- Completion of required documentation as specified
- Attend Site Meetings and Training when required
- Follow Health and Safety guidelines and report accordingly
- Co-operate with other disciplines for the provision of multi-discipline services where required
- NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds 2356 Part 1 & 2
- City & Guilds 2357
- BS 7671 Electrical Regulations 18th Edition or 17th Edition
- City & Guilds #removed# Electrical inspection and Testing is desirable
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
