Electrical Supervisor

The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor with a strong background in electrical installations and wiring. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supervising electrical production teams, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing and supervising electrical installation and panel wiring projects.
2. Ensuring compliance with electrical safety regulations and industry standards.
3. Managing a production team, providing guidance and support.
4. Reviewing technical drawings and ensuring accurate implementation.
5. Collaborating with engineers and project managers to meet deadlines and client expectations.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and installations.
3. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, or equivalent).
6. Panel wiring experience is a plus but not essential.
