Job Description:

Electrical Supervisor

Venn Group has been approached by a Housing Association to recruit an Electrical Supervisor on a temporary basis (6 Months minimum).

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage a team of electricians carrying out void and planned maintenance works.
2. Ensure all electrical works are completed to high standards and in compliance with regulations.
3. Oversee day-to-day operations, providing technical support and guidance where required.
4. Conduct site inspections, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
5. Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
6. Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
7. Conduct quality control checks and ensure adherence to industry standards.
8. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to works carried out.
9. NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent.
10. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
11. Experience supervising electricians and overseeing void and planned works.
12. Full UK driving licence.
13. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
14. SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
15. Experience within social housing or similar environments.
