Job description

Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established family-run renewables contractor operating within the private sector.

They have a vacancy for an electrical supervisor to cover the North West of England looking after a team of electricians working within domestic properties.

The Role:

1. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations
2. Supervision and technical support
3. Monitor and manage electricians' daily workload.
4. Toolbox talks
5. Internal safety auditing
6. Ensuring compliance with electrical regulations is adhered to
7. Enforcing company policies and procedures

Requirements:

1. 2 years minimum experience as an electrical supervisor
2. Strong knowledge and experience of renewable systems such as solar PV and Heat Pumps
3. 18th Edition
4. 2391 or 1394/5 electrical testing and inspection qualifications
5. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving
6. Full UK Driving Licence

The Package:

1. 40 hours per week
2. Company van, fuel card, and equipment provided.
3. Salary: £37,000 - £45,000 per annum
4. 21 days holiday (excl. bank holidays)
5. Birthdays given as annual leave
6. Pension Scheme
