Our client, a leading contractor delivering a significant infrastructure project in Norwich, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join their dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a landmark project and secure a lucrative long-term contract.

About the Role:

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all electrical installations on site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry best practices. You will lead and mentor a team of electricians, ensuring efficient and high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate all electrical installation activities on site.
2. Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
3. Lead and motivate a team of electricians, providing guidance and support.
4. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
5. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
6. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
7. Proactively identify and resolve any electrical issues or delays.

Essential Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on large-scale infrastructure projects.
2. Strong knowledge of electrical regulations and safety standards.
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
4. Valid ECS/JIB Gold Card.
5. SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
6. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
