Salary: GBP45,000 - GBP55,000 + car/allowance

As the company continues to expand, they are looking for a Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installations and maintenance projects, ensuring that all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical works on-site, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.

• Lead and manage electrical teams, providing guidance and support to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure that all electrical installations meet quality and safety standards.

• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Monitor project progress, resolve any issues, and report on site performance to senior management.

What We re Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years experience in an Electrical Supervisor role within the building services or facilities management sector.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and standards (NICEIC or similar certification is advantageous).

• Proven experience leading teams on-site and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

• A proactive and solution-focused mindset, with strong organisational skills.
