Job Title: Electrical Supervisor / Electrical Manager
Location: South East London
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (Depending on experience) w/ Car, Van or Car Allowance + Fuel Card
Job Type: Permanent

Daniel Owen are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join a reputable Social Housing contractor based in South East London. There is scope for this position to be for a Manager instead of a Supervisor for the right candidate.

Electrical Supervisor Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day to day running's of their social housing contracts - the work is all communal, no domestic works involved
2. Signing off certs
3. Ensuring compliance is being kept to
4. Invoicing
5. Signing off time sheets
6. Scheduling work for engineers
7. General supervisory duties

Electrical Supervisor Requirements:

1. Experience working as an Electrical Supervisor
2. Relevant Electrical Qualifications - 2391, 18th Edition, 2365 or equivalent
3. NICEIC Registered
4. Experience working in Social Housing
5. Happy to be predominantly office based
