The role
As an Electrical Supervisor, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will lead a team of Industrial and Non-Industrial Trades responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, testing and commissioning activities on Fleet Assets. Ensuring completion of all planned project activities to ensure the department meets the objectives of the business to time, cost, safety, and quality standards.
Day-to-day, you'll lead and manage an Electrical trades team for the delivery of Fleet Engineering work packages. Ensuring delivery of objectives in terms of safety, cost, time, and quality requirements. Using technical capability to collaborate with project stakeholders to plan and schedule packages of work. This position involves working at height. Candidates must be able to work safely and perform tasks at varying heights.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week, including a half day on Fridays, and is based onsite at HMNB Clyde, Faslane near Helensburgh.
